The Challenge

The Change
xScion implemented a data assessment to determine what events were causing the greatest impact to project delivery and built a Data Center of Excellence using multiple structured and unstructured data sets. Data toolsets were utilized to pinpoint events causing the greatest impact to project delivery and determine the optimum delivery path of regional projects based on factors such as permitting, engineering, weather and site conditions.
